[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and I am blown away by the picture quality and the likeness to reality. I've only had it 3 weeks so I'm still learning it but I'm loving it, but I love LG quality of products. The only comment I have negative I wish my Hey Google was easier to set up but I'll figure it out.

Perfect for What I Wanted

Terrible remote control

It’s way too easy to press the wrong button on this remote control. While that may sound trivial, it gets SUPER annoying when it happens constantly. You should be able to feel the right buttons, not have to look with each press.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv as an extra for upstairs guest room. I got Covid and had to spend most of the holiday time in that room. This tv was tremendous. I watched all of the bowl games and binge watched Netflix. The tv was easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far a good TV with one minor complaint: it is a dark screen and not well suited to brightly lit environments. Other than that an excellent image, good software setup and updates have been seamless so far. Like the remote, though mute button should be larger.
