Good features but HDR black levels are off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought because it was good price for a 65 inch size. However, I tested it on 4k movies on HBO and Disney and noticed when the screen is black that there are noticeable white fuzz spots on the image.
I don't see it on regular HD. Only on 4k, HDR content. This is not great as many devices offer 4k content. What settings can I use to mitigate the issue?

There is enough features that are built into the TV than will enable you to watch many other programs. Exceptional value for the price.

It is a great step up from our previous smart tv that was broken by our grandpuppy. One suggestion would be to have sturdier legs for those of us who don't mount the tv.

Love My new TV
