Terrible remote and poor navigation - flimsy too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love LG products and I have several )from phones to appliances). I like the picture, but everything is flimsy. The remote is small and too cluttered. Poor layout. Navigating the home screen is difficult. When you scroll through live channels, scrolling is all over the place - no consistency. When scrolling through channels, it will bounce all over. You can't just scroll down and see what's playing at a particular time. Too hard to explain, you would have to visualize it. Taking it back to the store.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TV Great Stand, Not so much.

Just got this TV last night as a gift. Set it up for my wife after replacing our older smaller tv. Getting dressed this morning and put my hand on the dresser and the entire tv not only collapsed but shattered... the feet came completely out after I made sure they were in as good as I could get them. Very unfortunate....Called our in-laws and they do not have a receipt for it anymore
Pros: Performance, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your in-laws lost the receipt, they can request a duplicate copy from the retailer either online or within the store.
