[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first LG TV and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The picture quality is vivid with great and true looking colors. The sound quality is also good and has several settings for whatever your watching from sports to movies. The remote control is easy to use and I like the buttons for Prime Video and LG Channels

remote control is useless to me

the remote has way too many tiny buttons that are so close together that i am constantly hitting the wrong one. i believe the manual refers to the magic remote, which i thought maybe was still in the box (i actually checked). turns out you need to purchase that remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had an hd tv and gosh is it different. Some shows are as if they are in your living room! The only issue is that hd has a lag when changing channeles and is fuzzy at first.
