[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my TV for about 3 weeks, love it. I had an older LG and have noticed a lot of new upgrades and features. It’s easier to navigate and the sound is also much improved. I love also how easy it is to download apps! Great buy! Probably going to buy another for the basement!

Outstanding buy, excellent home TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my tv. But I sometimes can’t get Alexa connected to it. I have my tv on the lg app and sometimes that doesnt work either. I enjoy the extra channels but just can’t get the smart features to cooperate.

Good features, great picture, hard to use remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First LED TV received as a gift. The picture is great after taking a couple of weeks to adjust the picture close to my liking. It shows amazing detail, right down to the pores on people's faces. The website suggested starting points for adjusting it that were close to perfect for me (contrast is still off after many tweeks so sometimes the screen is still too dark. I also had to lower the color level to get realistic rather than the overly VIVID reds and greens). As someone without cable I've found the selection of LG channels a bit overwhelming. One downside is the remote. The buttons are small and could be better grouped. I've often accidently exited the screen or setting I'm trying to set by accidently hitting an adjacent button. As I become more familiar with it this will probably happen less often. I had hoped to find the same apps I use on my iPad but not all of them are available but there are others that are new to me.
