It doesn’t have the long staying power my original power pack had. Plus I thought both connectors would work on my Apple products but not true.

Great for theme parks

Does not provide even one full charge

This does not provide much charge. The belkin was charged up to 4 stars. iPad mini starting from zero power. The mini got to 78% power and the belkin was done. Less than one full charge.

Great design idea but falls short of awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this power bank and immediately upon opening it had issues as the labeling on the device itself is nearly impossible to to see so I repeatedly had to fumble with finding which side plugged into the phone and which side plugged into the charger (not included). The power button is so sleek it is difficult to locate and use, though this has become easier over time. After using this for two weeks, my biggest issue is that the cords are so short they are difficult to plug into just any outlet. It works wonderfully if it is plugged into an outlet that happens to be embedded in a desk, nightstand or table. That said, I really do love that the cords are included/attached to the power bank itself. No more lost or missing cords! That is a huge win. The device itself is slim, easy to hold, and fits into any pocket or bag without weighing it down. So far, I have been able to charge my iPhone 11 Pro Max two times from each full charge of the power bank. It takes a very short period of time to charge the phone and not much longer than that to charge the power bank. The battery level indicator lights are bright and easy to see. Overall, I have found this to be very useful and reliable, though I wish I could get three charges out of it as it will primarily be for emergency use during our typically busy hurricane season.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are spoiled in that we take for granite and don't realize what we have until we don't even if just those brief periods of time. For all all intents and purposes it is a battery. I just got this two days ago and honestly came in handy in a snap. Had to go on a longer car ride with the kids yesterday. One of them didn't charge their iPad. Bam tested out this Belkin Power bank and it did everything it was supposed to. Easy to plug in, provided all the juice needed and probably could have done the trip a few times over. Because of the additional ports My other kid was able to recharge too. Just a battery. Nah, extra juice to keep the kids reading their e-books and entertained with games after. Log trip made easier!
