Not compatible with modern eqiupment

Cannot be charged with modern chargers - I'm unable to charge this power brick with most of my USB-C chargers. These are good, name-brand chargers recommended by Wirecutter. When I plug it in, it seems to charger for a second, and then all 4 status lights blink simultaneously. This behavior is not documented in Belkin's woefully inadequate documentation, but it seems to mean the device is not charging. The only "workaround" is to use a dumb USB-A charger with a USB-A to USB-C cable. This stinks as a solution - I don't want to bring a separate charger with me when traveling just to charge my power brick.
Confusing to use with iPhones - I've also had trouble using this device with modern iPhones, but at least there is a semi-reasonable solution there. If you just plug in the iPhone, the same thing happens as does with the charging above - it seems to charge the iPhone for a moment (maybe even a minute or two in this case), but then all the lights will start blinking simultaneously again. You then have to unplug the device, hold the on/off button on the Belkin power brick until the lights stop blinking (another undocumented behavior in the awful documentation). The proper way to charge the iPhone is to get ready to plug it into the device, click the on/off button to see the current charge of the Belkin power brick, and then while those status lights are on (only lasts for ~5 seconds), you need to plug the iPhone in. This is not a requirement on any other power brick I own. The behavior is kind of described in an article on Belkin's website about the iPhone 15, but it's not clear or well written.
Suspected issue - I suspect that the main issue is that any modern USB-C equipment that supports whatever protocol is needed for bi-directional power flow just totally confuses this power brick and makes it enter that blinking status light state. The fact that this is so poorly documented/partially undocumented is really silly in a world where many people will have this equipment.
Bad support - I already tried to reach out to support chat during normal business hours (non-Holiday weekday at 10:30AM Eastern). I waited for about 30 minutes with the window simply telling me "An agent is on the way". There is no indication of wait time or place in line. Eventually I clicked cancel request and was then told "No one is available to chat." It's not clear if this means no one is working or just I needed to wait longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice all in one power bank

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The power bank having integrated cables and pass through charging makes it really handy to throw into bag and know that you always have a way to charge either an Apple or USB C device.
The integrated cables are a good size and work for holding with your phone, as long as you rotate the power bank the right way.
I would normally prefer 15K capacity, but this one is nice and compact so worth the trade off.
The only thing to watch out for, is that you hit the button on the bank after connecting a device, or it doesn’t charge. I didn’t realize this when I first got it. This isn’t normally how power banks work, so it could trip some people you let use this one up and their device will not charge without pressing the button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

On the go charging made simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this power bank for 3 weeks now and I have grown to love and depend on it. The power bank is about the same size as an iPhone 11 Pro Max. It is lighter than the phone itself and easy to handle. The outer shell of the power bank has a very slight texture which allows you to hold it securely even if your hands are wet. I have dropped it twice and once drop-kicked it across the room, (not intentionally) with no damage. It is well made and thought out.
You charge the power bank via a usb-c port which has 4 led’s next to it showing charge state as well as an on/off button. Press the on/off button and you get a clear indication of how much charge is left in the power bank. On the opposite end of the on/off button you will find two, integrated cables - one lightning connector and one usb-c. When you need to charge a device or devices, pop one or both cables out of their recessed location, connect and press the on/off button. It is so simple. You already have the cables, you cant lose them and the charge capacity is great. I charged my iPhone 11 Pro Max from 10% to 100% in approximately 3 hours all while using the phone. I am charging my iPad Pro as I type this review.
The only complaint I have and this might just be me, the integrated charging cables are about 5 inches so if I need to use my phone while charging its a little awkward holding two devices in one hand but considering the capacity, convenience and reliability not a big deal. I don’t know how I have survived without this power bank. Highly recommend.
