My phone doesn’t charge fast enough and heats up. The cord is too short and makes it awkward to hold both while charging. Going to return product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Note I have only been using it for a few weeks but it is a great way to keep my iPhone and usb-c devices fully charged on long (greater than 10 hours) bike rides and other outdoor excursions. I like the length of the power cords, which allows me greater flexibility in how I arrange the power bank and the device it is charging. It is also relatively lightweight given the amount of power it stores.

I’ve had this about 9 months and it worked great for charging my phone. Recently, it has been acting weird. Even if fully charged, it intermittently stops charging things. You plug it in to your phone and the phone indicates it is charging and then immediately after that it stops charging. Same thing with my iPad. Not sure what happened. The only way to get to charge the devices again is to unplug it and replug it in. The angle of the charging port and the short cord make me think it’s prone to shorting out and internal breakage. It has worked great before that happened. It’s rarely used and was stored in the box in came in. Kind of disappointing.
