[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this washer two thumbs up as it works great and cleans clothing of all kinds. Many different features allow you to do a variety of different washing and I would give this product two thumbs up.

I will say I was scared to get a frount load washer with all the negitive comments I had heard from friends and family but at this point really glad I did. It is so quick and quiet. The capasity is fantastic and the speed is amasing!! I was also worried about the vibration because we are remodling and I didnt want my house to shake and It dosent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great top load washer for upstairs

The washer has performed extremely well in our upstairs laundry. I have loaded it to the max and it still spins beautifully without rattling downstairs (like our LG did) or moving. The features on this model are probably a little excessive but it is a beautiful machine and great for anyone with lots of laundry. Cleans everything very well. I don't really like the touch button release of the drawers but that is personal preference. I tend to shut them too harshly. I've had this for 3 months and the only issue I've found is that water tends to collect in the detergent cup after a wash. Therefore it is convenient to have a sink to empty it in nearby. We did a tremendous amount of research on front loaders and are very happy with our decision. Purchased an extended warranty. Electrolux has excellent customer service in our past experiences with their refrigerator.

I was skeptical abut unusual door lock but now I like it! Reversible door - plus. Practically all washing presets are customizable and adjustable, I'm using it very often. Overall, very satisfied.

Love this machine. Love the easy to read highlighted window describing the type of cycle I can choose and the time remaining. Purchased the pedestal. Although costly, well worth the extra money for anyone with back issues. Also, love the perfect steam feature. It really does work. Every wrinkle magically disappears with this cycle. Very happy with how well my clothes look and feel after being washed in my new washer. :)

Overall I am somewhat disappointed with the product. Based on the price and the history of the company, I expected the machine to perform better. It is less than a year old and I have already had multiple problems. It refuses to wash in cold water (always at least warm). The bleach and fabric softener retain water between loads and the led display is always dimly lit unless you unplug the machine. The dryer does not steam anymore. All problems are currently under work order but I lost another day of work today while the repair person came out and when he opened the box for the new part it contained a part that looked as if it had been repaired and was very beaten up. The new display board that was sent was only the lens that covered the display. New parts have been ordered and another day of work will be lost when they arrive.

Wow! I'm impressed

This is the first front loading machine I've ever had and I can't believe I've waited this long to get one. Quiet, quick, water efficient. I could go on but I won't.. This is amazing. My wife didn't realize I was running the first load since it is so much quieter than our old machine.
The 2nd story promise/guarantee is real. Again, I'm amazed.
I love all the cycles available and the customization options. I thought they would be overkill and pretty much ignored, but I find I use many of them and appreciate that I can adjust many of the settings to our needs and desires.
Highly recommended.
