Love my washing machine

I absolutely LOVE this washing machine! It really changed my life! I use the delay start option and fast wash cycle on a daily basis. The fast wash cycle is great for any small load. The delicate cycle is perfect for all of the small loads of delicate items that I wash. The sanitize cycle is wonderful for towels. I thank my husband almost daily for getting this washer for me. Laundry is such a big part of my life. It makes me very happy each time I use it and I have recommended it to ALL of my friends.

Great, Rock Solid

These machines are great!. I was worried about the price, but after using them have forgotten about that. They are worth every penny. They are just what they say they are, vibration free rock solid work horses. My kids like to turn the lights on and watch them work. It's hard to believe that my clothes can become so clean while using such little water. The alarms are a little quiet, but since you know the length of each load of laundry thanks to the countdown digital timer, you can just watch the clock for that.

Fantastic Electrolux Washer

The Electrolux washer is fantastic! It is very quiet and the clothes come out very clean. The combined use of the appropriate wash cycle and the right amount of HE detergent is key. The handy dispenser on the washer is ideal to fill with liquid detergent. The washer has probably the largest capacity at over 5.0 cubic feet capacity. You can easily wash several huge bed sheets and towels at the same time thus saving the cost of having to run multiple loads. I also like the "theater" LED lighting where you can see the clothes spin. My dog is mesmerized by the light and spinning action.

We bought this washer last December and I can't tell you how happy I am with it. Everything comes out clean and cause the washer spins so fast the clothes spend less time drying. I save money on detergent cause you only have to use very little to clean a load of clothes. The drum is huge, I can wash an adult sleeping bag in it with no problem. I love the sanitize/ deep clean feature. I have animals and kids and this feature really works. Just love this machine.

Perfect machine

We bought it about 6 months ago, so far it functions perfectly. It is very quiet, ours is in separate room and with closed door you can barely hear while it is working. If your floor is leveled it will be perfectly balanced right after installation, mine was leveled, so no additional leveling adjustments were needed. It has a lot of program options and you can do a lot of adjustments to them to compose you own cycle. It does a good job in cleaning laundry as well. Even though it was more expensive in comparison to other brands and models, I think that it was the perfect choice of washing machine. I would defenetly recommend it.

Best Washer Ever!

I wanted this washing machine for a while and I was so happy when I finally got it. It gets the clothes really clean and I can do very large loads with saves a lot of time. It is quiet and I use a lot less detergent. I love the Sanitize feature I use it all the time for beddings and towels they come out super clean and fresh. I you want a washer that can do everything except folding of course, this is the one!

Love it - Puts my Whirlpool Duet to shame.

I recently upgraded all my appliances (Fridge, Stove, B/I Dishwasher) and washer and dryer to Electrolux Icon. We had a 4 year old Whirlpool Duet washer & Dryer that came with our house.. I hated it,, made so much noise when washing and drying , it was very annoying. Did an ok Job with cleaning, but compared to the Electrolux Wave Touch Washer & Dryer, no comparison.. It truly washers your cloths better and the Steam option is a great feature.. Especially drying clothes. The features and customization is amazing and easy to use. I thought my wife might have a problem, but figured it out in no time. I even wash my dress shirts in it and they come out clean and wrinkle free.. Saved me time and money in the dry cleaning.
The extra capacity is a bonus and the light inside the washer and dryer is cool . At first I would turn it on and watch my cloths wash and dry.. The chime when it’s done is also pleasant and not annoying.. The only negative is that the y cable for the water that comes with it to split the water going to the washer and dryer could be longer .. I would also replace the plastic bottoms with Stainless Steel buttons.. This caliber of washer and dryer could use it.

What can I say ...

I love this machine. The large capacity allows me to wash my king sized comforter at home ... no more Laundromat visits. This was my main reason for this purchase. And not to mention, minimizing my families risk of perhaps getting lice/bed bugs, which seems to be so prevalent these days in the NY area. There are so many options to choose from and l love the fact that there is a machine cleaning program to select from. I love the tub light when the load has finished (as well as the option to have it on when it's running ... just in case you want to hypnotize yourself, by watching your laundry go round and round ... I found myself doing this a few times the first couple of loads) I've waited a long time to purchase these machines, b/c they are pricey (hence my 4 star rating) ... but I now finally have my 'dream machines'. I used to have to do laundry every day, but can go 2 to 3 days w/o. Also, you would think the large capacity means greater washing times, but it doesn't. A normal wash takes about 30 minutes, as apposed to my old machine, that was 1/4 the capacity and would take an hour. Love that time savings. Another great feature is the sleep feature. After a load is complete the machine 'goes to sleep'. Instead of your standard hi-tech electronics draining your electric bill b/c they have some silly indicator light (it may be marginal, but it's still a waste of energy and a waste of your hard earned dollars). It's only been a few months, so far so good. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
