[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have used over one month - washes really well; low energy, eco cold water washes, many choices and the chance to design your own routine, quiet operation, little vibration (if any), and the fact Electrolux works overtime to help their customers, this machine is at the top of the list to buy. One note: read online about drying the inner rubber gasket to avoid the chance mold might grow in the dampness left after washing (Leave the door open after using for best assurance).

Fantastic Machine

Have always had top loaders, along with high water bills, long wash times and some clothes that never seemed to come clean even with the extra stain cleaning chemicals.
Moved to Florida, bought a house and replaced an antiquated washer and dryer with both this washer and the matching electric dryer . As you may surmise , water in Florida is precious and in some locations, expensive . Before replacing the machines that came with the house, it was normal to do laundry three times a week . With this new setup, laundry is done one time a week and the clothes never came out cleaner. We have woods to the rear and on one side of our place , with tall pines, oak and other species,plus the normal vegetation you find here--that means lots of POLLEN .Have to tell all of you--the Allergy setting is fantastic--totally takes care of the pollen laden clothes . Clothes are cleaner, shorter wash and dry times ,and I saved approximately 20 % on this months water bill! Sure, the initial purchase price might give you sticker-shock, but the long term results will certainly please you . Units are strong, well designed and built. I had to wait a month and one half for these units, but they are worth it. All in all, you're going to save time , and money--by the way--you don't need all of those extra stain fighter chemicals that you're using now -- washer does it for you--see--saving money already!

This purchase was my first front-load washer and I was skeptical after reading other reviews for practically every brand sold that said that front load units get mold problems due to water not completely draining out of the unit. Well, this unit deals with that issue quite nicely in that it reminds you after a few dozen loads to do a "cleaning" cycle. I purchased washing machine cleaning tablets at the store so when the unit reminds me to that it needs to be cleaned, I just throw in a tablet and run the cleaning cycle. Also, after I'm done doing wash for the day, I wipe off the inside of the door and also the interior rubber ring located at the very front of the unit. This keeps everything clean as a whistle.
The capacity of this unit is awesome! Just remember on larger loads to select the "more water" feature. It has more than enough options but the simple thing I really love is the inside light. WOW! does this help in the evening hours.... Just remember to purchase He soap.
I can't say enough about this unit and how happy I am with the purchase. We paired it with the matching dryer a couple of months later and love it just as much! The steam cycle gets 95% of the wrinkles out, which can make or break wearing a last minute shirt to work. That cycle takes 15 minutes and is so cool - not to mention the inside light again. I never had a W/D that had lights on the inside!!

Love my Washer and Dryer!

I love that I can do so much laundry is a short time. They fit in my laundry alcove easily. Did not put back my Bifold alcove doors since they look so beautiful. Have not had any problems whatsoever.

Great Washer!

I have now used this for a month and it has been great. It looks great, the features are great, and it cleans well. I have a 165lbs English Mastiff who slobbers and gets hair everywhere. I am able to get his bed and towels really clean with the Sanitize option.
