Best washer ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has exceeded my expectations. I never realized that my clothes weren't getting cleaned with my old washer until I got the Electrolux WaveTouch. My clothes come out so bright and clean!

It does an amazing job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting 2.5 weeks for my washer (it came dented the first time), I was thrilled when it was ready to use. The steam mode is fantastic--I've not seen my white towels that white in years. And the pet bedding as well as the stuffed animal function was something I tested right away. The loads were large and bulky and I was happily surprised that the washer didn't "walk" at all (as my previous ones have). This was a fantastic choice.

I love my Cadillac version of the washer/dryer. I even bought the drawers. I love the quick speed setting but the best thing is the way the clothes smell. I am told all the time that our family's clothing always smells clean and fresh. I think this washer and dryer help keep them smelling this way because I have always used Downy and Tide and nobody has ever told us that. The only tiny thing that bugs me is thaT YOU have to keep the washer door open for a few days so that it dries out inside. If this pair lasts as long as it says (because everything seems to be disposeable now) it does, for years and years than I will be a happy camper.

BEST MONEY EVER SPENT ON AN APPLIANCE!

First let me start by saying that I used to hate to do laundry! Now, I absolutely love it! I LOVE knowing that my sheets are sanitized! I LOVE that the machine automatically adjusts for my pet bed and blanket cycle or my delicates or heavily stained items. I LOVE the fact that I can customize cycles. I LOVE setting the timer for my clothes to start washing an hour before I wake up, so that when I do wake up, all I have to do is place them in the dryer! HUGE time saver! I LOVE that my clothes come out practically dry, bc the RPM of this machine is a whopping 1400! The steam cycle is great! The allergen cycle fantastic! The Fast Sanitize cycle is perfect for my towels! It sanitizes in under an hour! There are so many features and one of my favorites is that I can choose to add more water! I know a lot of people are into conserving water... but I just think the clothes come out cleaner with more water... and I LOVE that it remembers the options I like. Seriously, it truly is the BEST money I've ever spent on any appliance... ever! I've owned this model since October of 2010 and I love it as much now as I did when I first got it. Absolutely FANTASTIC!

Does the job

We got our new Electrolux washer and dryer about two months ago. I'd say that so far it is doing an adequate job. I especially like the amount of water it uses and that the spin action gets the clothes ready for the dryer. I also like the number of selections on the dial, although I don't think it was probably necessary to have as many selections. I love the sanitize cycle where it deep cleans and de-germs the clothing. The one thing I haven't liked is that the washer is noisy, and it vibrates on the spin cycle. I called my appliance repairman to look at it and he thought it was normal, but to me it seems like it is getting worse. On the spin cycle it makes the dryer which is next to it, to vibrate. It also doesn't do well on small loads, and you have to make sure the load is balanced or the spin gets unbalanced. I'm going to try the warranty another time I want to make Sure there is nothing wrong with the washer. Besides those last mentioned things it's a good washer. It just needs a few of the kinks worked out.

Love HE smart washer

Purchased washer and gas dryer five months ago with stacking units and love all. Stacking units were complicated to attach to washer and dryer, but eliminated any noise. It is an upgrade for us & smart features are user-friendly to operate, especially for 15 minute wash cycle. Gas person who hooked up dryer insisted on using small towel to wipe the inside of washer door & rubber surround on machine between cycles; it has eliminated water buildup which can cause mildew. Washer uses less water so I learned to cut back on tide detergent-even with cold water cycle. Main reason for washer purchase to eliminate drying cleaning bills for king-size comforters & steam plus allergen works perfectly. No longer need to iron my hotel brand cotton sheets with steam option. My husband now washes his own exercise clothes & makes special trip to view the pair in our laundry room when he returns home from work. We are thrilled with washer & dryer & recommend both.

Very Quiet and cleans very well

We have owned the Electrolux Washer Model EWFLS70JSS for about two months now. Very happy with the purchase so far with no issues experienced. The setup of the appliance was easy and the instructions were straightforward. Tons of wash options and the LED display screen on the washer was pretty easy to understand without ever having to refer to the paper version of the user guide. I concur what others have said about this washer; its extremely quiet and cleans clothes very well. Make sure equal pressure is applied to all four leveling legs when leveling the unit. I had to make a small adjustment to them as the unit was spinning to get all the noise/wobble completely out. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!!!

A dream come true!

After endless research, I decided I had to have this washer and dryer set. The washer is a dream come true for me! It is a beautiful machine and performs like the champ it is. I've used front load washers for the past 35 years, and have always wanted one with capacity like the laundromats. I can wash all my king size bedding in this machine--down comforters, thick blankets, mattress pads--everything. It is quiet and spins dryer than any machine I ever owned. It might be considered a little too water efficient, since I now have a deep well with all the water I could want, but I just keep the "add extra water" feature selected, and that takes care of the issue of not seeming to use enough water. I like that I can open the detergent dispenser without having to stop the machine. I love the beeps and chimes. I love the cycle time being displayed, and this machine always seems to have the wash load finished sooner than I expect. And the added bonus of being able to reverse the doors made this a must have laundry set.
