We bought our set a few months ago and we are very happy with our decision. We have always bought another popular name brand in the past but I must say when the time comes to replace our other appliances, Electrolux is all we will use in the future!

Only had it for a couple of months, and it is the best washer I have ever used. Everything gets clean clean clean. Wish I could afford the dryer to go with it., but it is not really needed. My older dryer works great with this washer because it spins the water out of the clothes so well. My older dryer does not run as long as it used to. Win Win!!!

Love this Washer!

Bought the W/D set in January. After 3 months, love love love the washer. Like the dryer too. Had a minor problem with the drain hose having a small drip but with the warrantee, it was fixed in days at no charge to me. The steam cycle cleans smelly items better than chlorine bleach! I love the quick 15 min. cycle for sports uniforms, and do not have a problem with moisture and odor like other reviews I have read, because I leave the door ajar for 24hrs after the last load so it drys out. The only negative, a minor one, is the pod detergent I use sometimes gets caught in the door gasket fold, dissolves there, and does not get the clothes clean. If I throw the pod in before loading, that usually solves this problem. I love that the door hinge reverses, which I needed for my laundry area. It's my first front loader, so I thought I would never be able to add the elusive stray sock after the cycle begins, but the pause button allows me to unlock the door and throw it in provided the machine is not too full yet. Another feature I like is the ease of setting temp, spin speed, and soil level. If there is any feature I could change, I wish this washer had a light switch that stays on for longer than the 10 seconds it currently is on. It is in a dark area, so when that light goes out I can't see the clothes I am trying to unload.

Best washer we've had so far

We bought the washer and matching dryer with the pedestals to go with them. It was a big investment but so far it has really worked out. We are a family of 11 and the washer runs at least twice a day, every day. The clothes are clean and nearly dry when they come out thanks to the high speed spin so the dryer doesn't have to work as hard which saves me $$, I like that.. The only thing I can say bad which is very nitpicky is when you open the washer after a load there may be water that drips off the bottom of the plastic on the inside of the door. But really who cares it's like two or three drops.
Hands down, great product, very pleased and would/will do this again when this pair wears out.

GREAT WASHING MACHINE!

I never wanted a front loader until I learned about this model. It washes great and no foul odors like some older machines. It has a deodorizing feature that actually makes the washer smell good. Also the pause feature to add to the load once it has started was something I never knew could be done. There are a variety of cycles and the ones I've used have cleaned and spun the cloths to perfection. So far I am very pleased with my new washer and the Electrolux brand. It's really top of the line.
