This is my 3rd front loader and the only washer that actually gets my clothes clean and smelling fresh. Unlike the previous machines I've owned, this machine has not developed a mold like odor or any mold. It's loaded with a plethora of useful features as well as giving the owner the ability to customize the wash. This machine has operated flawlessly thus far. As much as a washer can be a pleasure to use, this one is.

I love my new Electrolux washer and dryer. The steam function really help eliminate odors and really freshens up the clothes. I really like the quick 15 minute wash time for small loads.

The machine that does it all!

We searched and reviewed all the front load washing machines on the market. After that arduous task, we felt that the Electrolux model that we chose was the best choice. I'm very impressed how the clothes come out hardly needing to be dried.
We're also impressed with the steam feature when we need bacterial cleaning. It seems like this model has a setting for just about every situation. We're also impressed with the large capacity of this machine. I'll close by saying that we would highly recommend this machine to anyone in the market for a washer.

We have been pleased with the washer and dryer. It does a great job and offers needed functions. We did have an issue with the detergent drawer and we contacted customer care. They were very helpful in getting answers and setting up warrenty repairs.

On going problem

Machine looks great but I was plagued with an E13 code that is still popping up!!! It has been serviced many time replacing sensors, control board still having an issue! I wish it could be replaced! You have to play their game and take it step by step , the one saving grace is that the machine only throughs the code once every 3-4 cycles so I can at least get some of my families clothes washed .. It's a frustrating inconvience.
