Love the capability to create Favorites and Special wash cycles. The Hand Wash option is the best and the reason we bought it.

soap loading drawer must be left open when not in use or mildew builds.
we had to have the top of the unit replaced at a cost of over $400 due to clogging
of the operating openings in the liquid distribution systems. we used only HE detergent,
however the service person warned to only use no more then 2 tablespoons full of
detergent and not to fill to even the minimum line in the tray.
Mildew buildup in the tray is a real problem.

Great when they are working

I've had this set for one month and I love them if only they would stop breaking down. The dryer has been broken for two weeks. Waiting on a whole new motor and assembly to come in. The washer has had to be serviced three times already. Once the warranty expires, I may not be able to afford to keep them.

The machine has a nice look. It has a good size. It even has a lot of cycle options.
It still does not allow the use of warm water during rinse cycle so th clothes are still coming out severely wrinkles.
The Whitest Whites cycle is extremely good. The other cycles are mediocre. The rinse-drain cycle works occasionally. I have several times returned for the rinse-drain cycle and found the clothes were still dry. The product dispenser is always full of water that has to be dumped before you can wash the next load. The fabric softener doesn't seem to soften anymore and some clothes come out stiff and scratchy.
I am extremely disappointed in this machine and wish I had bought anything else.

MOLD FACTORY

Worked well for one year. Then began collecting mold, despite the fact that I left the door open, didn't use too much he detergent and wiped down the gasket after every wash.
Now clothes smell funny and don't even get clean.

Less than 2 years Old and Leaking

Our washer has suddenly developed a leak underneath it and after the repair serviceman ordered a part to replace the plastic housing around the detergent drawer, it is still leaking! We purchased extended warranty but the first designated service company did not impress us. Now working with second one (better). The leak is constant and clear cold water indicating perhaps water that has not drained. Automated phone menu to finally reach Warranty Service is a pain. I bought an entire house of top end Electrolux appliances and problems with washer and refrigerator make my wife question my loyalty and decision

Very disappointing

When we moved into our new home, we, of course, splurged on a new set. Electrolux was recommended to us. But I couldn't be more disappointed. The control set up is cumbersome to use. If you want to delay your load, you have to scroll through the 12 choices under the options menu. Of course, it's #6 on the list so there's no quick way to get there - apparently "settings" and "stain guides" are more frequently used than "delay". The door mechanism was obviously done for aesthetics but quite frankly a handle would have been nicer. The push latch is temperamental and is annoying. The dispenser system is terrible. I'm not convinced that it works every time - I'm pretty sure the fabric softener I'm adding is just going down the drain. I had someone come out to see if there was something I was doing or a problem with the machine, instead I got a lecture about the ingredients of laundry soap and fabric softener.
