Outstanding Machine.

We've had our Electrolux Washer and Dryer for 2 months now. We are NOT sorry we purchased these appliances ... would do it again if we had to do it over. These are beautiful appliances that add to the look of your laundry room. Not to mention, that they clean and dry quickly and efficiently. We are able to wash even large items, i.e. comforters without trips to the Laundromat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had a front load washer for over 10 years now and it finally came time to purchase new. We had enjoyed our previous model but felt we should look at all brands openly. After selecting the 4.4 Wave Touch Electrolux we felt we had selected a quality unit. After we installed the unit, it ran its "install cycle" and passed. On the first load we only put couple pairs of pants, one shirt, and some socks and used the Normal cycle. About 15 minutes in the washer stopped, and never moved again, then it produced an error code. I was then forced to rinse my load by hand. While I am quite an understanding person, when a family purchases a "top of the line" model there is, and should be, a level of excellent implided. If not for the large sum of money spent, then at least for the brand name's own self respect. I am hoping we get through this "error" with no further problems, but I am questioning quality control of a high end unit... Make sense???

Unfortunate Vibrations

My wife and I renovated our home and as part of the work, we refreshed our appliances. The Electrolux washer/dryer was highly recommended by our appliance guy so we ended up purchasing two sets; 70 series for upstairs, 50 series for downstairs. One of the major selling points of Electrolux was the Perfect Balance System. Unfortunately, within the first month of usage, we noticed that we could feel vibrations during the final spin cycle. In some cases, we feel vibrations from the 70 series two rooms away through carpet and on top of our bed. We also noticed that items on our office shelves (which is across a hallway and on the other side of a wall) rattle. For the 70s, we even have them on Electrolux pedestals. While we like the design and performance of the washer, the vibrations really drag down our score. Our appliance guy has had several guys come out to check the installation and they all believe that it is installed properly. So we're left with the unfortunate vibrations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy with this washer

I am not happy with this washer. The main problem is that it dosn't rinse well at all. I know I am suppose to use very little soap but, it still doesn't get rid of the soap. I always have to run rinse and spin several times after cleaning the clothes. Which is ver enjoying. I few day ago a big pice of the door fell of too.

We have a front loader in our other home and the dispenser tray is not full of water at the end of a wash cycle.

This washer and dryer is great but i wish they had more color to choose from also the washer inside rubber is very big and bucky. i don't like the rubber style on the inside. it wash great
