Pros:
Very Quiet. Use less water. Active Design for wherever you place this washer. It will not make your place ugly.

Cons:
Only cons is the door. If you want to open the door, you have to push the door towards and release it. The amount of gap during the push toward is a bit further, making a decent gap between the door glass and the seal. This make me worry about the water leak in the long run at the door. I own this washer for 6 weeks so far.

The "hand wash" cycle works beautifully. Everything washed with that cycle comes out perfectly, as if truly hand-washed, saving me hours of work.

Wonderful Washer

This is my first front load washer. Top loader gave out last year so I bought this one about 8 months ago. Really saves water. Very quiet! Makes washing a breeze. Love all the options! Is there anything this machine doesn't do? I do about 3 times larger loads than I used to. Gets clothes clean with small amount of detergent. Highly recommend this washer.

Love my new washer

I just got my new Electrolux washer three weeks ago. All in all, I am very pleased. It's taking me a while to get used to all the different settings, but I love that I can personalize my washes. What I really love is that the clothes come out so clean - they smell fresh for days. I'm starting to think my last washer wasn't cleaning my clothes at all! Overall, I would recommend this product 100%.

Brand New and does not work !!!

Just installed this new washing machine and the "Install Cycle" error E53 came up. Electrolux customer care said a tachnician would have to come out. They only have 1 local provider that is closed on weekends. Horrible start to $1500+ purchase!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of options but not enough...

Overall a great washer that doesn't take over an hour for every cycle.
You get a ton of options but they aren't all available for every cycle. I think and extra rinse (called Fresh Rinse) isn't always available but should be (why should the washer have the say if I can or can not have an extra rinse) no matter what cycle.
The "Add Water" adds a little more water but only in the wash and not in the rinses. I really wish the rinses were DEEPER, there's totally way LESS water in the rinses than in the washes.
I won't use any more than the "Minimum" for detergent or you're going to have too much residual detergent left in the clothes.
Overall it's a really good washer I just would change some things if I were designing the cycles and options so the user would have more choices.
