ok i can not stand it anymore, samsung needs to step it up and really fix this now, the best hardware but it really isnt giving me a lot. i text a lot and the phone goes ULTRA slow when i'm texting at least five people with no background apps running; scrolling throught homescreen also does give me lags and i have to "Force Close" a lot of my apps often. i just hope the gaming experience, the processsing of apps, the multitasking, etc. its alll fixed when gingerbread comes out. P.S samsung should partner with other companies to make a game store for high end products like this, the market its just full of lame board games for the most part
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, best processor yet, large screen, gingerbread compatible according to websites
Cons: no shutter button for one of the best cameras, iphone 4 has better resolution, laggish, bad use of a good processor, needs ui improvements, samsung hasn't made froyo for it yet
I would recommend this to a friend!

Luv the Captivate. Great smartphone for the buck. Lots of features and customizable to your tastes.
I received this phone 2 days ago and am ecstatic with it. I have owned several WM phones and this one far surpasses it. I refused to switch to iPhone because of the proprietary nature of apple products, however I can drag and drop on this phone to my hearts content and it recognizes it all. The interface does take some getting used to if you haven't used iPhone.
