this phone hates me

I have had to have it replaced once already because the programming from factory was messed up and it kept shutting itself off randomly. The one they replaced it with will not make noise at all now. It is not in silent mode and even the ringtones selections will not play. It hangs up on people and puts them on hold since half the time the touch surface does not shut off when I hold it to my face with my shoulder so I can use my hands. It has a mind of it's own.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this phone but it has to many at&t apps that I won't use and I really would like to remove them but I can't. Saw that the iphone doesn't have all of those unwanted apps. Thinking about getting one but I like my captivate only if I could get rid of those apps that I don't use.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, great pictures
Cons: at&t apps

Overall a very good phone. Micro SD expansion of 32gb is awesome!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: performance is sometimes glitchy, poor speakers
