Everything I need

It lags a little in certain apps, it has turned itself off while charging twice but man what a phone. It does it all. The screen is amazing! I like how the charge port has a sliding cover. I can connect it to my tv with the tv out cable and show my pics and videos to my family in full HD! I can even play games thru my tv. The audio is excellent with 5.1 enhancement. I do everything on it, surf the web and watch flash content (iphone cant do that), listen to music, watch movies, keep up with my business and appointments...I love it. If I get another phone it will be the Galaxy S 2. Samsung hooked me in.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

new to android and LOVE IT, still getting used to the swipe thing, the display is clear, wifi works fantastic...only 3G but thats ok, i'm located in very rural west Texas and only had 3G available in the last year or so, browses the web with no complaints

I have used Iphone prior to getting this Android phone. Android doesn't have as user friendly interface as the iPhone but has equally and better features that iPhone lack. I highly recommend Samsung Android Galaxy S phone. Fast response, bright, clear display and light weight.

This phone is as good as my laptop

the screen is so bright and responsive, the battery life isnt bad for a smart phone, and the size and weight are amazingly better than my old 3gs! i will never go to anything now that i have android with a fast processor! the only thing i would really want is a front facing camera for the same price!

Cons: no front facing camera, easy to scratch shell, no flash

My first Samsung Android and boy am I glad I went with Samsung

This phone was great when I bought it, but after the Kies update, it was amazing! You can do so much from this phone, it has the android OS and over 250,00 apps that go with that operating system.The apps aren't just useless waste of space either, they have social apps, productivity apps, fun apps to do awesome things to your photos and then automatically upload them to facebook, myspace, picassa, just to say a few. It is a perfectly sized phone for my hand. This phone is a really good and durable lightweight phone with an Amoled screen that is virtually unbreakable.

Cons: no front facing camera
