Good product. But very fragile. No aftermarket or product covers in order to protect the phone. will do the job for a fraction of the cost.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: fragile

Connection Issues

I started with my carrier in the fall of 2000. I have had numerous phones over the years, as have four other family members at this same address. This is the first phone in 11 years that has had connection issues. I have replaced the sim card, and replaced the phone. Same problem. Signal strength is ok in this area. I conclude the issues is with the phone. Being able to make and receive calls and texts from my house is the primary reason for having a phone. This phone will not do that at random times, and I haven't been able to learn why.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: doesn't work at times
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this phone, but have had trouble with connect-ability to the phone plan, and it likes to arbitrarily turn itself off..

The product has great features but I was never able to connect to email from the phone. Never was able to do updates. I love the Phone because I don't use it for business only for personal use. Texting, intenet sometimes,music and camera is great too.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I am an iPhone owner. I only use it to play games with my grandson. I decided to purchase an Android because Apple let me down when they upgraded the iOS and didn't include my 3g iPhone. I am glad! I shopped around awhile. Then I decided on this model. This phone is AWESOME! And, while I still love the iPhone, I'll never go back to using it for anything other than playing games with my grandson. Thank you Samsung for making me a customer for life.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, plenty compatible apps
