Excellent Choice

I'm one that likes the old school phones and never dreamed I would like a touch screen smart phone. Boy was I wrong! I decided to get the Samsung Captivate because it seemed easy to use when I was looking at it in the store. It is the best phone I've ever had. My only complaint is the battery life on the phone isn't as long as I think it should be. Although I am on it alot playing games and other apps. Other than that, it is a very good phone and I would highly recommend it. My husband currently has an iPhone and is wanting to switch to a Samsung Infuse when he is available for upgrade,
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a cool phone, but with all the fancy apps, and large display this thing is just too draining on the battery!~

Getting Pictures files transfered from internal memory to external Micro SD Card

The plethera of apps and features on the phone truly make it a smart phone. It also makes me dumber. Tell me if you can how to transfer my photos from internal memory to the external Micro SD card without going home and hooking it up to my USB cable and transferring the files. I feel so dumb with my smartphone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: means to tranfer photos from internal to xtrnl sd

Awesome Phone!!

My very first Android Phone and an awesome experience. Very easy to use and fully customizable. Generally I tend to wait at least a year to review a product so I can talk about durability, but this phone exceeded my expectations. Compact, lightweight and bright-clear display, all these backed up by Samsung's excellent quality service and products, you guys ROCK!!

love my phone

I don't really have any complaints accept I had to run a home launcher in order to keep the phone on. Android would shut it off without letting ya know now and again... and it got old. Otherwise the phone runs great and sounds great.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: android market would shut phone off, battery doesn't last all day

Big let down

I have had two of these phones and at&t finally quit talking to me and now has charged me for the replacement that doesnt work either. The phone is not that bad when it works and the graphics are great, but that is WHEN it works.

Cons: shuts it self on and off
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
