Amazing, wonderful, great!, I Love It!!! The photos that you can take with this phone alone are phenomenal, not to mention all of the other apps , lol
I will add that as I was getting used to the size, I had dropped this several times on the concrete and no problems! =)
I have numerous friends who have IPhones and now that they are over themselves somewhat & have really looked at my phone...well, lets just say there are a few converts!

The only problem I was figuring out how to set it up. Setup was not very clear to me and I am still not use to using the touch screen but learning fast. It does take some knowledge of setting up the phone, which I am very new at, even after using computers and non-smart phones. Finding i-programs don't work but androids seem to be working great. Overall I am very impressed with this phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: hard to setup for me
I would recommend this to a friend!

this product freezes up

freezes up and you have to take the battery out to fix it

Good features and performance

There were big problems syncing the calendar, and the upgrade process was far too complex and difficult. I loved the display and speed, however, and the call quality was above average for a smartphone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, call quality
Cons: syncing calendar, upgrade process

First smartphone and love it.

Got this phone a few days ago, and really enjoy having it. Texting, taking pictures, apps, and being online are all easy and great to work with. This is not the first Samsung product I have had, and still have yet to be disappointed.

I love the phone itself. Everything I need in a phone. The main problem is the fact that it keeps shutting itself off. I have had to turn back on twice and it's not even noon where I am. Samsung needs to fix the glitch. I have even deleted apps thinking something like that was the problem.
