I would buy this again any day the problem is i have a sim lock on my sim card and cant use my captivate hope u can help samsung

is one of the best purchases I've made. Its 4-inch screen with super amoled technology looks amazing. It´s performance is quite acceptable. A big storage capacity.All I need in it's light into the camera. I need it so much for photos in very dark conditions.

i like to phone with one exception, apps freeze to often when multitasking.
But having ATT as my provider dosen't help.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is a great phone but there are somethings that i would like changed. Don't know how to buy music off of it. other then that its a great phone...

Problems after first year

I had repeated problems with shutting down, loosing folder contents and bad blue-tooth connections. I love Samsung products and have upgraded to the Infuse which I really love so far.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Biggest one for me is the dang thing slips out of my hands ALL the time. I know I should not be cheap and buy a protector and that would help stop slippage. But in all the years of me owning cell phones before had to use one. Im very careful with my toys, but this is a requirement not an option for the Captivate. I cant find which app it is or if its a software problem, but I am constantly having to take my battery out to restart phone because of force closes locking phone up. When in a good coverage area and wifi, is the coolest phone. like better than my laptop, and the Galaxy S II is going to be soooo much better (I hope).
Pros: Built-in speakers, gives you the brain you wish you had
Cons: gps locks/location

The phone has proven to be durable. I have not bought a case for my phone and have dropped it on accident several times and continues to work well.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def
