Great phone, works great and has great clarity. Would be nice if it would say the callers name when on Bluetooth.

I love this phone! I have always bought samsung phones, but this is my all time favorite!!

Would love to be able to control the lock and/or unlock feature and have a written manual. Overall, I think this is a great phone for the price.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight

Great Smart phone

This phone goes head to head with the Iphone and blows it out of the water. Its super fast and runs apps with no problems. occasionally the phone will freeze and an app will quit, but i feel that is an Android fault. this phone has never had a problem in power and speed.

I love my Samsung Captivate phone. There's too many great features about this device to mention them all. The only thing that upset me about this phone is that it comes loaded with Android 2.1! Androd 2.3 (Gingerbread) is out but the Samsung Captivate is launched to you with Android 2.1, just recently a upgrade to Android 2.2 (Froyo) was released via Samsung Kies software but it's still not the latest Android version, which is once again Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).
Other than that I'm very happy with my Samsung Captivate. The performance, durability, design and weight is amazing for a great price.
Great job Samsung and thanks!
