The power button is right in the way of holding the phone and the volume control. If you hold the phone to your ear you touch the on off volume switch.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: power button wrong place
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife has been loving her iPhone 3GS for a while - until now, since I got my Captivate for Christmas. Now she's drooling over my phone! LOL I have several friends that have iPhones, and their usual reaction is "Ooooooh" and "Aaaaahhh" when I let them play with my Captivate. I am absolutely thrilled with it. The ONLY possible suggestion I have is to add a flash for the camera. Otherwise, it's hard to find a better phone for the money!
I was considering an iPhone when I went to the AT&T store and the salesperson showed me the Captivate. I was hooked! For what I needed a phone for (music, email, apps and oh ya, making phone calls), the Captivate beat out the iPhone for me. To me the Captivate can do anything an iPhone can do.
