absolutely hate this phone. I left my iPhone 4 for this and the screen cracked on the first day with a screen protector that was put on at the store!!! Hate the facebook app and hate the pictures are so small...hate the games and etc only go ways
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone, hughe screen, love the touch and the android system! Lots of functions and easy to use. Just can't get my battery to last when I'm listening to music or downloading apps, maps, etc.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Poor Reliability

This phone has some serious issues with it's reliability. Our Corporation has many accounts and users of the Samsung Captivate. However, many of them are encountering the same issues where the phone would power itself off intermittently. This will happen even when the battery is fully charged.
Another issue with this phone is the weakness of the GPS. They GPS is impossible to use indoors and takes forever to lock onto a signal even when outdoors.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery life is terrible..!!!
Software drivers cause PC problems. They locked up my PC when I tried to download pictures to phone. Had to reboot.
Speaker volume needs boosting. Even at max, voices are difficult to hear. Same when phone is ringing.

I like the phone and all the applications. Its a well made device. Its not just a phone anymore....!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, great selection of apps
Cons: poor battery life, speaker volume not loud enough, pc drivers need a lot of work

Nice phone!!! with OUT DATED OS

I got this phone a week back... and I liked it very much... It has got a very good Screen and the processor is also good. I tried few click in low light but was little noisy... Two thinks I didnt like about the phone is its GPS and no Task manager(need to rely on 3 party apps, I would trust something from the OS or from the Manufacturer instead of 3rd party) to close the application. Rest all is well... Would definitely recommend it.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: out dated os, gps struggling to find satellite reception, no task manager to kill app and free memory
