What a difference

My old router was the one that the WiFi company installed and was 5years old. Needless to say it wasn't working as it should. After researching routers this one was the best. After I installed it, I couldn't be happier. I can now use the internet without lag time or any problems. Very easy to install and I'm 70 years old without an IT background.

This router was easy to set up as I was just replacing another Netgear router . This new router doesn't have the coverage my old one had , at the furthest parts of the house I only get a single bar very weak in comparison to my old RAX200 . If I'm in the same room or the room next to the router it rocks just fine . I was on a budget and I got what I paid for.

Best Router

I switched from a Google mesh system after my speeds were just absolutely tanking. The initial setup took a little bit longer due to some hiccups on my end but everything was smooth sailing once it went all through. I wanted something that was more future-proof and since I was ditching a mesh system I wanted something with good coverage. This router is so good, covers my entire home and property and I'm getting the speeds I was paying for this whole time. The nighthawk app is leagues better than the laggy Google home wifi section. I believe part of my issue before was the amount of connected devices was too much traffic. Between the security cameras and smart lights I have a lot going on, but this router supports way more connected devices I have more wiggle room than I may ever need. Highly recommend this product.

Great Router!

Unrelated to the router, it did take me awhile to find the best spot for this router. TIP: I recommend not placing it high on something like a bookcase, armoire, etc.
After finding the best location, and placing it at eye level, I was able to obtain speeds around the those provided by my ISP. I'm super happy and highly recommend this router.

This router couldn’t be more user friendly. Setup was a breeze, and it makes me feel safe and secure online. Love the smart connection capabilities for different wi-fi bands, takes the hassle of thinking about different networks away. Highly recommend!

This is a decent router to get you into the WiFi 7 spectrum. I bought it because it’s coming up on summer and I needed more horsepower for when all the kids are on the internet.
