Survived a Bus

I bought this for my boyfriend and he is very clumsy. So when he opened the box, the case flew out into the new york busy street. A bus went on top of the case and the whole force of a bus ran over the case... and it still works. My boyfriend has been using it for three weeks and nothing is wrong with it. The build quality is so good.

Great sound quality, poor features.

Bought these to replace the tws 200 and I’m not happy with them. For two reasons. When they connect there is a constant white noise in the background that is very distracting. Second the touch feature is very poor and I have to hit it several times to answer calls, stop music, or hang up. The sound quality for music is way better but the two drawbacks make it less desirable.

For the white noise in the background and if you are using an Equalizer (EQ) , please try turning the EQ off. If you are still experiencing the same issue, you may try to connect the earbuds to a different source device. If the issue does not resolve after those steps, please try a reset by tapping the left or right earbud twice and holding the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds with both earbuds on, and not charging. Sain nämä joululahjaksi ja ne ovat olleet käytössä noin 3 kuukautta. Äänenlaatu on ollut hyvä, ne ovat helppokäyttöiset ja pysyvät hyvin korvissa, jos ei hikoile paljon. Plussaa myös siitä, että värejä on useita tarjolla. Yksi kuuloke on kuitenkin tippunut pari kertaa, ja sen jälkeen se on alkanut katkaista ääntä. Joudun yhdistämään sen uudelleen useita kertoja. Välillä toimii, välillä ei ollenkaan. Vika saattaa johtua pudotuksesta, mutta silti harmittaa, että pudotus vaikutti näin paljon toimintaan.

Big sound in a small package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got to try my new JBL Vibe Beam 2 earbuds and I can say I definitely will use these more on my adventures. They are everything you’d expect and trust from JBL. JBL Vibe Beam 2 are comfortable for me to wear and were easy to setup. Sound quality is good for everyday use to listen to music and make calls. I like the ease of using the JBL app to control sounds and customize earbuds to your liking. I can’t wait to use on my upcoming air travel to see how they work in air with noise cancelling. They have great run time and charge quicker for ease of use on the go. JBL Vibe Beam 2 Will be my go to earbuds from now on.

Great buds with extended play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest positive I noticed immediately is the extended battery life compared to other ear buds. In my case they lasted 3-4 hours longer and the case also charged them multiple times. Great sound quality, I think the noise cancelling was not quite as great as some others I have tried.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used once on flight, worked great. Ready to use second time and left speaker no longer working. Tried to unpair and repair without success. Not very happy.... feeling like I have waisted money

Thanks for your feedback. If the left earbud has no light, please try cleaning the contact pins with a cotton swab and alcohol to ensure proper charging. If the left earbud is blinking blue, please reset them by tapping either earbud three times, holding the third tap for 5 seconds until the earbuds turn off. Great sound, needs minor tweaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vibe 2 earbuds are fantastic listening devices. First, I wanna talk about the sound quality. They definitely deliver. They have a premium sound with rich full bass, and crisp mids and highs. I was surprised as they are easily on par with other earbuds I’ve used. Also, they offer a decent noise cancelling setting which I figured out how to access easily without using the manual. They also offer clarity with outer sound amplification which was not as impressive. The fit is great as it comes with different canal fittings. The battery life of the buds are incredible. They lasted a very good amount of time. On the other hand, one issue I had was connectivity. Once I paired to my phone, I listened for a bit and then re-docked the vibe 2’s in their charging case. When I grabbed a single bud to listen to I heard the prompt voice say it was pairing again. They did not stay paired though no other device was paired between uses. I then re-paired and re-docked again. After that I put both buds in and only one worked, so I repeated the pairing process and they worked fine after. That was somewhat inconvenient. Last, I would prefer a docking case with a top as this case is open. Overall, I was won over by the sound quality but I would change a few things about them.
