Poor fit

I don't have odd size ears. Other ear buds have fit. These are a terrible fit and want to fall out just walking. Have tried all the different size pieces.

I got them on sale, so for what I paid, not bad. Big problem getting them out of the holder. They made a mistake with the lid. You can’t get your fingers in there to grip them, half the time you drop them. But once they are earborne, you are going to enjoy the sound.

The worst headphones I've ever used

These were the worst headphones I've ever used.
Comfort - I have smaller ear canals - didn't matter what ends I used, they would fall out within 20 seconds of being in my ears. The only way I could use them is to hold them in 100% of the time. After using for 15-20 minutes my ears were in pain. I couldn't use them. I have used many ear bud headphones in the past with no issues.
Quality - I found the audio went between clear, echoey, and static. It was terrible.
By far the biggest issue - is that Best Buy will not allow any returns on open headphones. Even after discussing all of the issues, they would not return and refund. They did exchange for a new pair due to the quality issues with sound, but I was still stuck with the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s the second time I have purchased the JBL Vibe Beam.
The sound is excellent battery lasts along time. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable wireless headphone.

I lost my Jabra elite 3, and looked for something similar. However Jabra discontinued those high quality affordable earbuds. I bought this JBL Vibe Beam about two weeks ago at a discount for $49. Those JBL earbuds have very clear sound. The bass is a bit weak which I don’t mind, because I listen to podcasts mostly. In terms of music, Jabra Elite 3 is better at this price range ($50 to 100). This product can be connected to JBL HEADPHONES application. It’s user friendly, and robustly built.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is amazing, the noise-cancelling is one of the best functions it has. It has 3 different sizes so you can find your best fit. I would 1000% reccomend and the price is totally fair.
