Bad sound: stay away !

Very poor sound: can’t reproduce correctly high and low frequency . Very dry sound ; only Good for listening to podcasts. I may have got a “Lemon” but one side keeps going off . Very disappointing purchase !!!

Will not stay in ear

Design probably good as it is based on hearing aids. However, they do not stay in ear!
Walked 3km this morning and they fell out 6 times. Regular occurrence with walking.
Otherwise quality good, but not if they are out on the road!

Only downside I can think of is no wireless charging. Battery lasts plenty long to remember to plug it in before they might die

Not a good experience

Product is good, I had to re order from staples as Best Buy lost my order and just had them returned. I never did receive the head phones from beat by. Was a terrible experience ordering online with Best Buy.

extremely durable

Fell out of my pocket at a bonfire and spent a week outside through multiple rainfalls. Aside from the case being a bit scratched, they work perfectly and sound exactly the same as before their ordeal. I'm very impressed. That aside, these are just generally great earbuds for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeps connecting while in case

Sound quality is great, what makes me give these buds a 2 star is because they keep connecting while in the case which drains the batteries. This is my second set, first one returned under warranty because of this issue. I'm not going to bother and try and get a replacement with these. Not going back to JBL after this.

I have a problem with these. For some reason, when i put earbuds in case. Only one charges and other one doesn’t. They keep switching as sometimes left will charge and sometimes other. Really problematic when i need them both. Any solution
