Excellent for protecting valuable electronics

I read several reviews on this surge suppressor and it looks to be just what I needed to protect expensive electronics at the wall. If it had Japanese capacitors it would be premium as they are the best in the industry but the reviews show its a good unit.

Ready for Trouble

Service to our back-up generator blew the circuit board in our refrigerator, which we didn't know until days later when all food spoiled. After extensive checking online for surge protectors, I bought three Ultrabloks for any future contingencies, one for the fridge, one for the large-screen TV and accessories, and one for the treadmill. TrippLite's warranty is excellent, and we are now ready for any future surge troubles.
