[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m inside my shop more often than not and while it’s comfortable, sometimes I want to get out and relax on my porch without having to handle the big tool, especially when it’s a walking stick that requires mobility and flexibility. This is a staple in my shop and makes my job more enjoyable and more stress free! Thanks Dremel!

Makes carving alot easier

spindle broke 13 months

I like using the flex shaft though and not happy that is broke at the 13 month mark (warranty is only good for 12 months) the inside spindle snapped inside the handle at the collar. This made the flex shaft unusable and made my bit nearly impossible to remove. Disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Save your money. I know a number of people that bought the "kit" with the flex shaft. If it worked at all, which mine didn't, it didn't last. Save your money and just buy the too, the flex shaft is junk.
