Rechargeable Remote Is Junk

I purchased this product on 7/28/2022. The streaming stick works, which is the only reason for the 3-star rating. This review is to inform potential buyers that the rechargeable remote is cheaply made junk. Specifically, the charging port and headphone port no longer function.
We have Roku units attached to TVs throughout the house and use the headphone function so we can watch different programs without disturbing others. Using headphones a lot quickly runs the remote charge down, which then requires recharging the remote. This wouldn't be a problem if the headphone jack and charging jack were made better. Unfortunately, Roku cheaped out. Bottom line, the remote no longer charges. If I keep the cable plugged in, I can sometime find the sweet spot that allows the remote to get power. When it is working though, the headphones cut in and out because of the cheap headphone jack.
The only way I can currently use my streaming stick with headphones is with the iPhone app and my apple headphones.
Buyer beware.

Problem with remote

This is our 4th Roku device. We bought it 9/12/2023. It was delivered a week later. Until recently everything has been good. About a week ago I noticed that the right arrow key is not as responsive as it was originally. I have to press it multiple times very hard to make it work. There are several similar reported issues on the Roku user forum which makes me reluctant to buy replacement remote. I will consider other devices before buying another Roku.

Not much diffrent from the non 4k version

After owning a Express for several years and upgrading my remote to the Voice activated and tv controls remote model. I upgraded to a 4k tv and needed to get a 4k roku. I was disappointed in what I got. The 4k upgrade is barely noticeable.I have had to restart the player when I first turn on the tv due to a no signal message I was getting.. Instead of a power cord, I got a USB CABLE WITH NO OUTLET ADAPTER. How is it suppose to get power. I had to use the same cord from my old roku. I expected the remote to have the same features as my current remote has, which has 2 buttons to program your own app to start with. I also expected the remote to have a headphone jack like my current remote has.

Simple install and works well

Roku works well and easy to install on three separate TVs even at my age, 76! Only annoying feature is mute is easily activated just by picking up the remote.. Suggest it would be nice if volume and mute positions on side were exchanged with each other on future versions of Roku to avoid this.
