Stopped Working

Worked great for months, but now freezes when in use.

Hello, we're sorry to hear about your troubles and we're here to help. Freezing is usually a result of a weak wireless connection. Be sure that your router is within range of the device and avoid obstructions like cabinets and walls when possible.
As a tip, you can check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your signal is strong enough.

Don’t buy-Unless you like frustration-HDCP errors

This unit constantly delivers HDCP error messages with YouTubeTV. I’ve tried all the crazy suggestions listed on Roku’s site. This is thing is a piece of crap. Probably have at least 6 other Roku NON-4K units between 2 residences and none of them have this issue. And I’m NOT even using it with a 4K TV. STAY AWAY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Remote quits working

The ok button on remotes quit working. Happened to me on two systems, only 3 months old.

Absolute garbage

It takes a long time for each app to load. Then once it does, when I go to watch a show, the show takes a while to load. Sometimes I get audio but no video so I have to restart the Roku and start again. Sometimes I get audio and video but it keeps buffering. On occasion it works as it's supposed to but not often enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's so tiny easy to set up

It's so tiny it blends into the bottom of the TV perfectly you hardly notice it except for the light is on . it looks great and sticks to the bottom edge of thetv
