I bought this about a month ago. Very easy to set-up, connect to the TV, and pair the remote to the TV. My husband and I absolutely love this product!

The roku i bought is working great and hasn't broke on me. its been about 2 months since I bought it. Just that once in a while the sound button stops working for a few minutes

Button on my remote on side does not work very well. A lot of the time when you press it will not turn volume up or down and you have to keep messing with it to move.

The device disconnects from the remote on regular basis. what a pain. the last device I purchased the roku stick, last only a few months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Loretta, thanks for taking the time to share. We’d be glad to assist you. This issue may lead to insufficient power supply to the device. Ensure that the video cable is securely connected to the back of your Roku. Additionally, try connecting it to a different HDMI port on your TV and adjust the input source accordingly. In some cases, the USB power provided by the TV is not sufficient to power the device that’s why consider connecting it to the wall outlet. Really works well

I bought this unit that has dual Wi-Fi frequencies to replace an older single frequency unit. With a later generation CPU and 5 Ghz Wi-Fi the new unit is much faster. Very pleased with the update.

Easy to install and use. I do miss the aquarium screen saver though. I still have it on my older Roku, wish I could get it on my new ones.
