Roku is the very BEST!

I just love the programming and ease of using Roku. I so look forward to coming home from a very busy day at work and fire up my Roku.

Avoid the rechargeable voice remote

I purchased a Roku Ultra which is bundled with a rechargeable voice remote. The remote worked for 2 months and then would not hold a charge. It now needs to be plugged into a charger to function at all. I contacted support 3 times and spent 2+ hours trying to get it replaced. They asked me multiple times for my order info, address, etc. and said they would send me a email with shipping info but I still haven’t received it. Roku support is horrible and this remote is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great remote

We have 2 of these remotes. They hold a charge for a long time. The functionality is way above average and the voice control is icing on the cake. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought this about a month ago. We were having problems with the Paramount+. It did help but still is flaky. So must be the app.
