Unable to set up with Wireless

I just bought last week and I am unable to get the Roku set up. Wireless signal is Excellant but will not connect, I have put in my correct password for the router. It appears the red button and the Home buttons are not working. I have done several suggestions. When it says push Home button, so I can go to settings, it goes to the screen to choose language.I am ready to return especially since there seems to be no support available.

I bought the 4K Express and it is no longer working properly. The device only works for so long, then you have to order a new one!!

Good product but I have two complaints

What I like: it has a small footprint; easy setup; reasonable price; the remote is laid out well with the buttons you use most near the top. What I dislike: volume and mute buttons on the side of the remote. Half the time I pick it up, I change the volume on the TV, or I mute it. Just by grasping the remote. Annoying. But an even bigger pet peeve is the "Auto power savings" setting has only two choices - NONE or After 20 minutes of no interaction. If you set it to none, the Roku appears to never power off. If you set it to the 20 minute thing, then if you pause live TV, after 20 minutes it shuts off and you lose the paused program. How about more options? Such as 2 or 4 hours?

Does not work

I bought this Roku player and it kept asking me to enter my WiFi password one character at a time. I gave up and called help. Half an hour later my device was working but the picture would breakup and get fuzzy. So I am tossing the device and going back to my older model. Really unhappy. Packaging and paying to ship back is not worth it.

Frustrated

It seems if someone else uses their remote, it turns my tv to what ever they are turning their tv to. Example: I will be watching hulu and the other tv remote will kick me off and turn to Netflix (the streaming the other person was switching too). It's so freaking frustrating.

Awful product

Terrible decision!! Hooked up the system to my tv and it worked a week. Never could get it to work again. Returned it !!!!!

We have tried several times as have our teenage tech savy grand kids and cannot get it to worke . Not sure if it is the product or tv. We have always in the past preferred Roku.

Mute button placement Inconvenient

Roku unit works fine but I’m having difficulty with the mute button. It is constantly muting by accident while I am holding the remote in my hand. It probably should be situated on the front plate instead of the side.
