Don't recommend

I have several Roku devices going back to the original, they've all worked fine. This is the first one I've been really disappointed with. It worked fine at first but now every time I steam anything it drops wifi connection and is unable to scan for my network. My internet service is fine, everything else works, but this device fails to recognize my network unless I reset the device. This happens every time I use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had Roku for years, but recently I purchased a new one. This product thinks it can control me.... it turns off my tv whenever it wants and will not assist in going where I want instead it takes me to where it wants. The screen does not open properly, rather it shows a no signal sign on a black screen..... totally not up to standard
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I called 23 times trying to get a refund for my purchase and was put off and given the run around for 27 days by your company that answers your phone's in India or where ever it is located very unhappy with your service would not recommend

Worked great - now not so much

Bought this in September to replace my old Roku Stick that was no longer compatible with several streaming sites. It worked great for 2 months and now I have to unplug it and plug it back in every time I want to watch TV. The blue light that indicates the device is working just turns off randomly and requires a reset to work.
Reading several reviews this seems like a major bug with the device. Roku - will you replace these faulty devices?

Poor support

I have a Roku Express 4K+ and Disney plus gives us error code 42 and it was working when we first got the device a month ago. When we first got the device it was great now with problems no tech support to call. Online forums but that’s it. Terrible customer service! Would not recommend. Help us fix issues and this could be a 5 star rating.

My volume and mute stopped. Now I have to push all kinds of combos to get the vol to change or mute.

Hi there! Help is here. If your remote's volume buttons have stopped working, update your Roku device to the most recent software. Navigate to Settings > System > Software update to manually update your software. Also, try using a fresh pair of AAA batteries for the remote. Won’t connect unless next to router

I bought this on 12/30/2021 to connect to a tv 100 feet from main router. I have a net gear mesh extender to cover that area. It won’t connect even tho every other device connects including my Apple TV device which is 6 years old. I move it next to router and it works. What’s up roku. I have done searches and apparently your device will not work with Netgear. Piece of crap when I have no trouble with any other device connecting. Fix YOUR problem.
