I pre-ordered this in April for a May delivery. The Roku Xpress I’ll ordered in July 2019 ran out of space very quickly. I could not stream YouTube, and I could not stream something on Prime if I had the Netflix app up also. In other words, I had to uninstall Netflix if I wanted to watch Prime and vice versa. My new Roku device is wonderful. I can stream all three of those big channels and not run out of space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features. It is a big upgrade from the Roku stick I had previously. The stick stopped working and I needed a new one. Love the Roku Express 4K+ so far.

Black screens

I bought this device and when I began watching Netflix a message appeared saying the HDMI cord is not recognized that was my first warning, then a week later every streaming channel I went into and tried to play anything I would get total blackness, but the sound was there. I unhooked it and went back to using my old Roku device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
