Good product but one problem for me

This product was easy to set up and use and was affordable. The reason we bought this product was to watch the NBA app as we had the League Pass. Our previous product did not allow us to login to the League Pass because it was linked to my email and the fire stick was linked to my husband’s account. We were happy that the Roku had the NBA app so we could watch any basketball game, but a big problem was that the sound was 5-10 seconds behind the video so it didn’t match what we were seeing on the screen. Once our NBA league Pass membership runs out, we will most likely go back to our other product and purchase it through my husband’s account. I would recommend this product but not if you are using the NBA app.

It difficult to navigate the features and the selections of channels. Logging into is not all the intuitive. But the more experience i get the easier the process becomes.

The main box works well for our 4K bedroom television. However, one of the remote buttons requires an inordinate amount of pressure to function.

We bought 3 months ago. One already died. I replaced it. My issue is with the remotes. They are too small even for my small hands snd the volume and mute buttons are either supper sensitive or in the case of the main one it takes several times to engage volume/mute

the receiver is inconvenient...

the receiver has a short connecting cord and does not stay stuck onto the side of the TV. so I have have to use several different adhesives to get it to stay. so I am now only using Roku with smart tvs.

I bought this in Nov the shows are good, except it keeps winding right in the middle of the show very annoying can this be fixed that's the only problem I can find right now.
