I bought this because my LG smart tv the WiFi is so weak keeps downloading and stop sometimes and I got tired and now my WiFi it’s very fast. The only thing it’s annoying that every time I turn it on goes to home page I wish goes direct to live tv on the channel I was watching when I turned it off

I got the your product a month ago and like it now that learned how to navigate the menu. The set up was fast but I had a friend that help me set it up. It is better then an outside antenna. Some programs are redundant through the day but that is the networks problem. I like it and it is easy to use with the WIFI...

Screens lag, odd behavior with some apps

And buying Roku products for years. This one is just okay. Definitely does what it says it will do, but some of the screens take a while to load especially when starting up. If power is left on it doesn't actually return to the home screen easily. Spectrum streaming app always ask me if I want to continue watching when I first start it up ... I don't know if that's something the applications writing team needs to look at or if that is a Roku glitch. Overall not a terrible product but I think some of the other Roku devices are better.

Could be better

I purchased this Roku for my bedroom TV. Most of the time we use it in bed when the room is dark. The remote is not lit and it keeps loosing the ability to control the volume on the TV. Between the two issues, I am a bit frustrated. I have not tried downloading the remote to my cell phone but I don't keep that next to my bed. This really needs a solution.

It's OK

I bought two, one for each TV. The first one doesn't work - pressing the arrows seldom does anything. By the time I realized this it was too late to return it. The volume and mute buttons are in an awkward location - can't pick up the remote without accidentally pressing one of them.

I love Roku but I wish it would go to the antenna on my Roku TV the TV quite getting Internet so I bought a Roku attachment and now have to use both remotes one for antenna and one for the attachment
