Still learning short cuts to use Roku devices

we have used 3 Roku's for a couple of years now, we bought this one and we stream all our TV viewing now, no cable boxes. Roku's work well, If we have a problem it is cable company signal into house.

So far, so good

I had to replace my previous Roku product because after a year or two of good service it kept overheating even after getting the replacement cable. At this point in my ownership I would have rated the previous product a 5 also. All I can say about this one is that so far it is working without difficulty.

Good deal for not paying hi monthly cable tv $bills but too many steps to change a channel on apps. You can’t surf.

Serves my needs and easy to learn. Remote not too large. Thereby storage is not an problem and easy to identify from other remotes.The texture provides good gripping power.

Sound problems

Overall enjoy the product. It has a periodic and frequent sound cut out issue. Trouble shooted with all other possibilities and found it has to be device. Have a roku TV also and doesn't have this problem. Otherwise we like it alot.
