This is our 3rd pot over the course of may years. Our last one is still going strong after 8 years. The lid is starting to fail, so purchased another lid. Bought this pot for when and if our current pot quits working and fear of this particular pot being discontinued. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful hot water dispenser. Keeps hot and haven't experienced a warm or cold pump of water yet. The convenience makes me drink more water which I needed. Coffee stays hot even with cream or milk which I would have to microwave before my Zojirushi. Thank you!

We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with this products. Our water boiler will stay on while plugged in, this is the basic way they work in order to keep water hot on tap. The water boiler has an automatic shut off which is triggered when the water boiler doesn't have any water or is empty. This is more of a safety mechanism and not an on/off switch like you would have with a kettle. The water boiler is designed to keep water hot while plugged in and has water inside it.
