I have a pretty high bar for 5 star reviews. Once I have used this router for more than a month under full loads I may reevaluate my rating upward. It is one of the few affordable routers available with two 10 GB ports that support WAN and LAN connection. I just installed 10 GB fiber from an ISP in my home and I am in the process of upgrading my network infrastructure to support full 10 GB, switches, cables, etc. I am looking forward to seeing what speed I will actually get. It is extremely easy to set up. I mostly rely on wired connections for getting the max speed and bandwidth from my ISP. I like that this is also a mesh router. The signal strength of the base unit covers more area than my previous wireless systems including the base station/router of other well known wireless mesh systems. Looks like I don't have an immediate need to add a second mesh station.

Extremely easy to setup and improved the strength, range, and speed of my wifi in a 3800 sq.ft two-story house! Very happy with the performance and easy setup through the phone app! I would definitely keep using Asus as my company of choice for this!

Excellent router with good wifi throughput and wide coverge. Improveents still needed on hroughput on lan and 10g ports and 6E signal drops more than it should.

Great device. Moved up from the 11000 to the 16000 for faster connectivity to fiber internet as the fiber modem didn’t support bonding. Big plus was it has integrated Trend Micro security built in.

Setup instructions for using 10G not great, a long with creating a mesh network. After allot of online looking, I got it working. Amazing speed increase.

This is the latest update to GT-AX11000. I purchased the GT-AXE16000 since I could connect it to my GT-AX11000 to provide a second Wi-Fi access point with 2.5GB Ethernet backhaul.
