I replaced my old Netgear router and extenders with the Asus GT-AXE16000 and the difference is like night and day. The WiFi signal is solid and the AIMesh partnered with the Asus Zen WiFi XT9 is an unbelievable feature. I'm able to take WiFi all the way to the other side of our house's second floor and it is still a solid connection. The number of options under the web GUI for administrations is amazing. This is a great choice when it comes to any home network. Thank you.

Excellent router! has two 10G ports, WIFI 6E, just what I need to run my 8 gig speed from google fiber. I trust the Asus brand for all my computer needs

The hardest router I have ever setup... It took days with telephone calls to every manufaacturer of the equipment I had between the cable and the input of the GT-AXE16000. Every manufacturer blamed the others, which left me without a wireless router. In the end, I was told by ASUS that the unit had to be retuned to ASUS under an RMA at my expense. I was advised the return could take a month or more. I am waiting...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
