I bought mine recently and I've enjoying the 5G via Spectrum. Great screen, just played with some features lastnigh with nigh settings on the camera. WHOA!!! what a difference from S9 to this. Great other setting, easy to transfer contacts and texts. Yes, these phones cost quite a bit, but if you are able to afford it, get it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I upgraded from a Samsung S10 for a trip to get a better camera. I am very happy with the phone and the experience. It was quick and easy. Looking forward to some wonderful pictures on our vacations!

Glitchy No scheduled restart bad Wifi/Cell swap

Lagging in the S20 Note Plus features, slower, may have more room, but can't switch between cell and wifi. Can't turn off at a prescribed time (you have to WAIT until the cue is so full rather than having a time every night for it to restart to save you the time and headache in the middle of a business call! seriously, has happened ten times to me already!). Can't switch between wifi or cellular on it's own. I have to do it for things to work. Super irritating. In addition, it lags so bad that I hit a button and can't tell what's happening 90% of the time. Then I wait about 30 seconds, and right as I go to hit it the page pops up and I mess up what I was doing. Sure, these features seem inconsequental and easily dealt with, but not for a busy person.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this phone about three weeks ago and love it. Needed a little help with the setup but love it. It took a little time to get used to the weight but it's a great phone!
