The camera feature takes great shots and I love the way it mediately knows when a shot needs to be cropped and does it for me

I love the galaxy cell phones. I bought the S8 + than S10 + they both were great. The S23+ is awesome. I recommend this phone. I will always buy Samsung cell phone especially. The S series love it. I will upgrade to S 25 + when they are available for purchase next years.

Disappointed

I've always been happy with Samsung products but this one is disappointing. It takes too long yo start or restart. Having all the function buttons on one side is clumsy. Screenshots?...very awkward trying to use both hands on the same side of the device. It says a Screenshot can be taken by swiping the edge of the hand across the screen but the only time it has worked was while reading about it. Volume...even when turned up to the highest level it can't be heard in the next room. I could go on and on...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If taking a screenshot by pressing and releasing the Side button and Volume down button of your device feels too awkward for you, you can use your palm swipe to capture a screenshot instead. You would capture an image of the screen by swiping the edge of your hand across it, from side to side, keeping in contact with the screen. However, you would want to enable this feature beforehand. From Settings, tap Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Palm swipe to capture. Then tap to enable this feature. You can also configure settings to help you interact with your device’s sounds, including captioning, sound balance, and hearing aid support. From Settings, tap Accessibility > Hearing enhancements and tap an option that best suits your needs. For your convenience, I have included a link to your device manual so that you may easily customize your device settings to suit your preferences. It just works! Smoothly, reliably, and easy to use

Not sure what else to say, but by saying "It Just works", I'm saying a lot. Having a phone that works reliably is a big deal to me. I've had issues with several other brands of phones over the years locking up, apps not working (big named apps), not getting updates after the one-year warranty, losing connectivity when others on my same plan had 5 bars. Not this S23+. So far it's been solid. Samsung has won me over :-) Great product!
