The photo and video quality on this phone is amazing. It's better than another device that I own and I'll probably continue to use this one for photos and videos that I share.

I bought this in November of 23. The estimated does not work, and no matter what app I'm in, videos pixelate and are unable to be viewed. No one seems to know how to fix it unless they reset my phone. So they did. I lost everything and nothing was resolved. I got a defective phone. I like the phone but not the problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't get screenshot work no matter which method I use. Very frustrating. Very dissatisfied with that issue. Can't afford the new s24 ultra. I give up on trying to get this to work. It doesn't

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. There are a couple of ways that you can take a screenshot from your device. From any screen, press and release Side button and Volume down button. Or you can use your palm to swipe to capture a screenshot by swiping the edge of your hand across it, from side to side, keeping in contact with the screen. 1. From Settings, tap Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Palm swipe to capture. 2. Tap to enable this feature. Without having more information available regarding what you may be currently experiencing with your Galaxy S23+ and without being able to ask you any follow up questions, I recommend contacting Samsung Support if you would like any further assistance. Not sure what else to say, but by saying "It Just works", I'm saying a lot. Having a phone that works reliably is a big deal to me. I've had issues with several other brands of phones over the years locking up, apps not working (big named apps), not getting updates after the one-year warranty, losing connectivity when others on my same plan had 5 bars. Not this S23+. So far it's been solid. Samsung has won me over :-) Great product!
