There seems to be a small gap in the firting of the tooth brush head that came with the handle. It does not give optimal connection with the handle so toothbrush soes not give full power all the tume. Need to disconnect and re-connect tooth brush head a few times to get it connect properly. Did not have this issue with my previous basix sonic toothbrush.

This is a really good product: it's easy to use, easy to maintain, easy to charge, easy to clean. And my teeth! They feel like they've just had a professional cleaning--every day!
